- Upon termination, the User must cease all use of the services and return any confidential information or proprietary materials belonging to Redsoft Agency & Services.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
11. Changes to Terms & Conditions
